Its good value. There were facilities such as TV and a hairdryer. Moreover, we could park our car nearby. So close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.
This venue needs refurb.

We were offered twin room with a heating system, coffee/tea makers and a flat screen TV which were very good. For dinner, we went to Amici Restaurant, it was a few steps away from the venue. Besides, parking was available nearby.
The hotel is located on a noisy street so be ready.

we found shanghai garden to dine in 400 metres from the hotel. getting to ayscoughfee hall was easy and took only 10 minutes on foot.
